*ICHIBAN Toys does not receive wholesale pricing on LEGO® parts, nor do we work directly with factories to produce our own parts. All parts have to be purchased at market price, which can fluctuate widely due to global availability and currency exchange rates. We also maintain an inventory of around 2 million parts to better manage this cost.
You will receive a complete product - much like a LEGO® set from the store, your custom set will include:
• Genuine brand-new LEGO® parts in bags
• Printed instruction booklet
• Vinyl sticker sheet
• Custom printed box

The design fee is added to all orders unless you are ordering additional quantities of a prior project.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
REORDER
If no changes to the model design are needed and we can acquire all of the needed parts, you will not pay the design fee.
Part supplies change all the time and as a result may impact our ability to remake your product. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the option of ordering more of the same product at a later date.
MINIFIGURES
Due to the increased complexity and higher cost of acquiring minifigure parts, these are priced separately at market prices.
We can print your logo onto custom-sized stickers for minifigure torsos.
RARE PARTS
Whether requested by you or deemed necessary by us, some parts may come with an additional charge if they cost significantly higher than typical parts. You will have the option to accept or refuse the part(s) and its associated cost.
ORDER QUANTITY
In general, there is a minimum order quantity of 100 units ("sets"). For larger designs of 500+ pieces, the minimum order quantity is 50 sets.
If you require a lesser quantity, we are happy to accommodate but there will be an extra charge added.
There is no maximum order quantity however our supply of parts becomes increasingly more limited with larger projects. So projects that involve an order quantity of 1000+ sets will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
PAYMENT
Your payment will be split in 2 parts:
• Design fee is due before we design the concept model.
• The balance is due when you have approved the model design for production. This allows us to pay all of our suppliers when we order the materials.
ACH or wire transfer is preferred. Checks are accepted at your risk. Credit/debit card payments are accepted for design fees and orders under $15,000 (a 3% transaction fee will be added).
If your company has certain protocol for payments, let us know and we'll do our best to work with it.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer FREE shipping and handling to any single destination in the US. In general, this will be via FedEx or UPS Ground.
• For international addresses, the additional cost is 5% of the order total (excludes the design fee).
• For Canada, the additional cost is 3% of the order total (excludes the design fee).
We can split your shipment to multiple destinations/offices at an additional cost. Direct shipment to your recipients is also an option for US addresses.
CUSTOMS/IMPORT
(International customers only)
You will be responsible to verify all import requirements and costs prior to ordering from us. You may be required to apply for an import license before we ship the product. All costs associated with import, customs, and tax will be your responsibility to pay. Shipment incoterm is FCA. Since the laws vary in each country, we are unable to provide estimated costs or advice.
All of our products are designed for people 18 years and older, and labeled accordingly. Therefore, toy safety testing and certifications should not be required in any country (please verify with your government).
In general, we ship our products under HS Code 950300. You are welcome to suggest a different code based on your usage of the product.
Our products are assembled in Oregon, USA, with parts made in China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Mexico, and USA.
